Ice cream recipes published by De'Longhi

De'Longhi presents its ice cream makers with a special multi-lingual website which introduces into the history of ice cream and provides a well-sorted collection of recipes after the categories 'fancy', 'classical', 'fruit', 'sorbet' and 'seasonal'; the seasonal recipes span over spring, summer to autumn, winter.

The 'fancy' ice cream category is probably the most interesting. It contains extraordinary compositions like white chocolate with candied ginger, apple with cinnamon, green tea ice or coffee ice cream with walnut.

fig.: The recipes' amount of ingredients are created for De'Longhi ice cream makers such as the Il Gelataio ICK 6000 (capacity 1,2 litres; 700 g fresh ingredients can be mixed). The recipe book is published on gelataio.delonghi.com.
