Austria opens borders to neighbouring countries: Fashion.at packed the luggage

From tomorrow 4th June, it will be possible for Austrians to cross the borders to neighbouring countries without obligatory health controls or quarantine when returning home to Austria. The borders to Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia can be passed like before the outbreak of the pandemic. For a relaxed 'Dolce Vita' trip to Italy, Austrians still have to wait; the safety measures foresee in the case of Italy no change of the Covid-19 restrictions.

Even when it's perhaps only possible in some weeks to travel to Italy, Fashion.at packed already the beach bag with some new pieces and a mask which is still recommended (Reuters article about the latest studies) when the physical distance of 1 to 2 meters can't be kept such as on train or the locker room.

The towel and bag in fruity-fresh colors are from the new collaborative 'Dolce Vita' collection by Austrian terry toweling producer Vossen and Vienna-based design brand Kalissi by Christina Hrdlicka who created a line consisting of towel, bag, bathrobe, blazer, t-shirt, headwear,... It's announced that the collection will be available online (vossen.com, kalissi.com) and at selected stores. Photo: © Vossen GmbH & Co KG / Foto Bruckner, www.andibruckner.com.

The pink swimsuit by Tommy Hilfiger was seen at the current range of Peek & Cloppenburg (peek-cloppenburg.at).

The non-medical 'Community Mask' by Falke was launched today in Austria. It's made of two layers with additional integrated non-woven material. The concept of the mask design follows sportswear in regard to functionality and comfort (details are published at falke.com/at_de/inspiration/falke-face-mask/).

During times of the pandemic, climate issues haven't stopped to threaten life on our planet. Fashion.at packed into the Dolce Vita bag underwear from the new bodywear collection by Levi's® made of environmentally friendly material. The 'Graphic Bodysuit' is made of sustainable Tencel™ Lyocell fibers.

A traveler's dream! The 'Wander' globe lamp with world map was seen at the current range of the Austrian furnishing house Mömax.
