Eva Poleschinski is known for her bridal gowns and glamorous red carpet couture, which has been worn at the Oscars, Golden Globes or the Vienna Opera Ball. For the photo shoot 'Zeitlos', which means 'Timeless' in English, the Vienna and Styria based designer stepped behind the lens to visualize a personal insight into Austrian fashion history from the past and the present with pieces from previous years in new combinations and styling. The shoot took place in her family's former hosiery factory, which has remained unchanged since its closure some fifty years ago. This industrial setting, filled with the remnants of woollen hosiery production, creates a nostalgic atmosphere that reinforces the collection's themes of timelessness and continuity. In the press release, Eva Poleschinski explains the creation of the campaign, which focuses on communicating the designer's commitment to sustainable and versatile fashion. With this in mind, Poleschinski expertly staged her couture by rearranging pieces from past collections into new ensembles. The untouched spaces of the factory, combined with the flowing tulle panels in the designs, create a poetic contrast between past and present, with pastels, embroidery and feathers evoking both delicacy and resilience. The historic location was chosen to convey the enduring legacy of craftsmanship as the atmosphere of the factory blends with the intricate details of the couture. With this shoot, Poleschinski underscores her belief that fashion can serve as an enduring, adaptable companion, bridging different eras and styles. The team behind the shoot included model Ronja of SP Models, who embodies the timeless appeal of the collection, hair and makeup by Sabina Rettenbacher, and post-production by Mayya Kolesnikova, who ensured the dreamlike quality of each image.
