With the launch of the new collection of the sport-lifestyle brand tenhaag, the renowned shoe retailer made a strong statement in favor of style and an active lifestyle. Numerous high-profile guests from the worlds of fashion, television, film, and media such as popular actress Lilian Klebow, fashion designer Sabine Karner, Miss Austria 2024 Lucia Sisic, 'Making Of' make up & styling agency owner Martina Cerny or magazine publisher and TV personality Ekaterina Mucha attended to explore the exclusive collection—an event that not only celebrated the fusion of design and functionality but also highlighted the growing importance of sustainable footwear. tenhaag's collection is characterized by its emphasis on lightness, comfort, and quality. The use of materials such as recycled polyester and natural rubber reflects the brand's commitment to sustainability.

tenhaag: The Sport-Lifestyle Shoes with Headquarters in Salzburg, Austria

Founded in 2024 by Paul Green GmbH, tenhaag represents a new generation of sneakers that seamlessly combine functionality and aesthetics. Paul Green, a leading manufacturer of high-quality women's shoes, was established in 1988 and is headquartered in Mattsee, Austria. The company employs around 500 people across its locations in Austria and Croatia, with an additional 1,500 individuals working for production partners. Paul Green shoes—and now its new brand, tenhaag—are available in Europe, the USA, Japan, and Australia. With tenhaag, the company expands its portfolio to include a young, dynamic brand that merges urban trends with athletic performance.

Humanic: A Legacy of Trend-Setting

For over 150 years, Humanic has been synonymous with fashionable footwear and top-quality craftsmanship. The brand was an early adopter of sneakers, transforming them from a niche product into a best-seller. Today, Humanic is not only a market leader in Austria but also operates in eight other European countries, with a total of 142 stores. The company regularly collaborates with the prestigious Vienna Opera Ball as well as with prominent figures such as well-known TV presenter, actress, and designer Silvia Schneider.

The decision to give tenhaag a prominent place in the well-curated selection of Humanic's three-story store on Mariahilfer Straße speaks to the high quality and distinctive style of the new sneaker line. At the launch event, guests gained exclusive insights into the creative vision behind the collection. A captivating panel discussion explored the inspirations and design processes, while an energetic breakdance performance brought the sneakers to life—an apt representation of the dynamic lifestyle that tenhaag embodies.
