Sergio Pezzoli, chief bartender at the Royal Crown bar in Brussels and world champion barman 2006, created the passionate red cocktail for Valentine’s Day 2007.

The one who knows how to celebrate the spirit of love can target the heart directly.

At first take fruits which are designed like hearts:

  • 3 strawberries

then mix the fruity hearts with

  • 6 cl passion fruit juice Caraibos
  • 6 cl of fruity sweetness - Carpe Diem Kombucha
  • 2 cl Sirop de la passion Monin
