Spinach Pesto with Macaroni 2007

Instructions:

  1. olive oil in the pan
  2. when you smell the olive oil put the garlic with pine nuts into the pan
  3. let it simmer for 2 minutes on middle flame
  4. enter the spinach paste with the hacked parmesan and spice it with pepper, flavor it with rosemary and thyme
  5. add crème fraîche, a shot of St. John's herb and let it simmer for 2 minutes
  6. spice it with few salt and again with pepper
  7. enter the macaroni into the spinach pesto
  8. Before serving, spice it with parsley and basil

  • olive oil4 cloves of garlic > hack it 4 spoons pine nuts > hack it 4 full hands of spinach > grind it to paste4 spoons parmesan > hack it black peppersalt4 spoons crème fraîchefrom each 3 spoons: fresh parsley, fresh basil from each 1/2 spoon: rosemary, thyme
  • vinegar of St. John's herb
