Spinach Pesto with Macaroni 2007
Instructions:
- olive
oil in the pan
- when
you smell the olive oil put the garlic with pine nuts into the pan
- let it simmer for 2 minutes on middle flame
- enter the spinach paste with the hacked parmesan and spice it with pepper, flavor it with rosemary and thyme
- add
crème fraîche, a shot of St. John's herb and let it simmer for 2 minutes
- spice it with few salt and again with pepper
- enter the macaroni into the spinach pesto
- Before
serving, spice it with parsley and basil

peppersalt4 spoons
crème fraîchefrom each 3 spoons:
fresh parsley, fresh basil from each 1/2 spoon: rosemary, thyme
