20 December 2015 Pernod Ricard Austria and Café Josefine barkeeper Deniz Pinar teamed up for the creation of a Christmas cocktail, the 'Lillet Noël' made of the house's Lillet Rosé and champagne in a mix with fruity ingredients. Café Josefine started last year at Laudongasse 10 in Vienna's 8th district and serves special coffee creations, breakfast dishes named after famous women such as British feminist Josephine Butler, the main figure of the erotic novel 'Josefine Mutzenbacher' (published first in Vienna), dancer, singer, actress Josephine Baker or Josephine Chaplin (daughter of Charlie Chaplin), and classical Viennese snacks like Sacherwürstel. Sacherwürstel are sausages in a better quality than average Wiener Würstel (Vienna sausages). The recipe was sent with an inspiration for a festive dinner: the bordeaux red color of Lillet Noël fits perfectly to a gold and white decorated Christmas table.
