One of One is the latest restaurant, bar, art gallery project by DOTS Group. It’s announced that chef Demir Babali (received recently at the end of November for his work at One of One two toques by Gault Millau) will create a three-course menu with spring rolls, mussels, octopus carpaccio, beef cheek, Biang Biang (noodles from the Shaanxi province in northwest China), Char-Siu-Ribs and Japanese cheesecake. The champagne at the L’Officiel X DOTS Group event is from Boll & Cie. The ticket price for the dinner inclusively champagne is 135.- Euro per person. fig.: Insight into '1o1 - One of One'.
