Viennese spice manufactory Babette's created seasonal editions of practical blends such as 'Sunny Easter'

The 'Sonnige Ostern' (transl. Sunny Easter) blend from curcuma, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, vanilla, mace is one of three special 'Easter' spice compositions by Babette's. At the online shop, they are presented together with practical recipes. The manufactory created the mixture for the making of the so-called 'Golden Milk' or cookies. The two other compositions are the colorful mix of pepper 'Eiertanz' ('Egg Dance') and 'Schoko, Hase!' ( translated 'Choco, Bunny!'). Last mentioned is a blend of cocoa and spicy ingredients. It can be used for wild ragout, hot chocolate or a chocolate cake.

At the online shop (information fast checked today), the spice-mixture 'Choco, Bunny!' is accompanied by a recipe for a chocolate cake, 'Egg Dance' with an idea for a crunchy snack, and 'Sunny Easter' with a practical advice how to make a paste which can be stored around two weeks in the refrigerator for the daily golden milk pleasure.
