Fashion.at insight: 15 minutes pasta with tomatoes and olives
The tomato and olive pasta is a quickly prepared warm dish that can be served without an additional salad. It's one of the favorites for lunch at Fashion.at. Grate parmesan cheese over the dish served on a pasta plate.
Ingredients for three portions:
- 300 gr spaghettini
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2x 400 gr can peeled tomatoes
- 140 gr black olives, chop them

Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Oregano
- Marjoram
- Pepper
- Salt

Parmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation of the pasta:
Cook the pasta in energy-saving mode (2 minutes in boiling salted water; the rest of the time is 'passive cooking' in the hot water of the covered pot)
Preparation of the sauce:
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add the chopped garlic
- After ca 1 minute, add the tomatoes and let them simmer for around 5 minutes
- Add the chopped olives, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, oregano and marjoram, let it simmer for around 2 minutes

Season the sauce with pepper and salt
In the meanwhile, the spaghetti (cooked in energy-saving mode) are ready. Add the pasta to the sauce.
Serve the meal on pasta plates and garnish it with grated parmesan cheese.
