chicken curry soup

Ingredients:
(4 persons)
- maize
(600 g)
- 1 leek
- 2 onions
- 2 chickenbreasts
- Oil
- 1 liter
instant chickensoup
- 100
g creme fraiche
salt, white pepper, curry
Instructions:
- Cut
onions in little pieces and let it simmer in oil until it is glassy
- Wash
the chickenbreasts, cut it pieces and add it to the onions.
- Add
the instant chickensoup and boil it up
- let
it simmer lightly around 8 minutes
- Cut
the Poree into pices (ca. 5 cm).
- After
3 Minutes add maize and leek.
- Bevor
servering add the creme fraiche and the spices.
