Ingredients:
(4 persons)
- 4 cloves
of garlic
- 2 onions
- 4 pieces
of chicken (breasts)
- 1 spoon
ingwer
- olive
oil
- mixed
pepper
- salt
- curry
(medium)
- white
wine
- 4 spoons
creme fraiche
- 2 spoons
parsley
- 250
gr. wild rice
Instructions:
- olive
oil in the pan
- when
you smell the olives put the spiced (salt and pepper them on both
sides) chicken breast into the oil
- when
the breast are golden brown, give them out of the pan and add the garlic
and onions into the pan and let them simmer a short time until the
onions look "glassy"
- reenter
the breasts into the pan
- let
all simmer in white wine around 10 minutes - flavor with mixed pepper,
curry, add small cutted ingwer
- Add
creme fraiche, let it simmer with a shot wine, spice it with few salt
- Before
serving, spice it with parsley.
