tomato fish in parmesan - fatburner

Ingredients: (4 persons)

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 4 pieces of fish (cod fish or wild salmon)
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • black pepper
  • juice of 1/2 citron
  • salt
  • 500 gr. sweet chestnut
  • 500 gr. potatoes
  • 4 spoons basil
  • 200 gr. parmesan

Instructions:

  1. give 3 spoons of oil into a small dish and mix it with black pepper , few salt, 2 spoons of basil, cut the garlics, add citron juice
  2. spice the fish filets with this sauce and put it into a fry pan for the oven
  3. cut the tomatoes into 2 pieces, seed them and cut them cubically
  4. mix the parmesan with the tomatos and add black pepper, 2 spoons basil, olive oil, vinegar
  5. make potatoe "chips" for the oven
  6. when the oven is ready with 250 celsius put the chestnut and potatoes into the oven - they need 20 minutes
  7. give parmesan on the top of the fish-tomatoes and give it into the oven
