Ingredients:

- 2 cloves
of garlic
- 8 tomatoes
- 4 pieces
of fish (cod fish or wild salmon)
- olive
oil
- vinegar
- black
pepper
- juice of 1/2 citron
- salt
- 500
gr. sweet chestnut
- 500
gr. potatoes
- 4 spoons
basil
- 200
gr. parmesan
Instructions:
- give
3 spoons of oil into a small dish and mix it with black pepper , few
salt, 2 spoons of basil, cut the
garlics, add citron juice
- spice
the fish filets with this sauce and put it into a fry pan for the
oven
- cut
the tomatoes into 2 pieces, seed them and cut them cubically
- mix
the parmesan with the tomatos and add black pepper,
2 spoons basil, olive oil, vinegar
- make
potatoe "chips" for the oven
- when
the oven is ready with 250 celsius put the chestnut and potatoes into
the oven - they need 20 minutes
- give
parmesan on the top of the fish-tomatoes and give it into the oven
