Ingredients:

- 800
gr. potatoes
- 3 onions
- 3 garlics
- 3 spoons
ingwer
- olive
oil
- 2 spoons
coriander
- mixed
pepper
- curry
(medium)
- salt
Instructions:
- cook
the potatoes 10 minutes
- cut
each potatoe in four pieces (don´t peel them, if they are premium
quality)
- enter
olive oil into the pan
- put
the small cutted garlic and oninos into the warm olive oil
- let
them simmer until they are glassy
- put
the cutted potatoes into the pan - spice them with mixed pepper
- after
around 4 minutes mix ingwer and curry under the potatoes - let them
fry 4 minutes
- mix
it with salt and coriander
