Ingredients:
(4 persons)
- 8 eggs
- 10 small
gherkins
- 2 spoons
ingwer
- 1 spoon
capers
- 1 spoon olive
oil
- black
pepper
- salt
- 2 spoons
coriander
- 3 spoons
mustard
Instructions:
- cook
the eggs 8 to 10 minutes
- peel
them and cut them in two pieces
- remove
the egg yolk and mix it with the filling
- the
filling: cut gherkins, ingwer and capers in small pieces
- mix
it with the egg yolk, mustard and olive oil
- spice
it with salt (not too much), black pepper and small cutted coriander
- fill
the eggs with the filling
