carrots
swimming with shrimps

better then sunshine for lightly bronzed skin
Ingredients:
(4 persons)
- 4 cloves
of garlic
- 18 medium
carotts
- 400
gr. shrimps
- 1 spoon
ingwer
- olive
oil
- few lemon peel
- red
pepper
- salt
- 1 spoon
capers
- 3 spoons
black olives
- white
wine
- 1 spoon
creme fraiche
- 2 spoons
parsley
Instructions:
1. olive oil in the pan
2. when you smell the olives of the oil put the garlic into the pan
and let it simmering a short time
3. put the cubically cutted carrots after around 30 seconds into the
pan
4. let the carrots simmer in white wine around 10 minutes - flavor the
carrots with red pepper
5. after 10 minutes add the shrimps, the cutted olives and capers, small cutted lemon peel and ingwer
- let it simmer around 7 minutes
6. Add the creme fraiche, let it simmer with a shot wine, add few salt
7. Before serving, spice it with parsley.
