Gigapixel image of 60 Austrian musicians by photo artist Lukas Maximilian Hüller for humanitarian aid initiative

Photo artist Lukas Maximilan Hüller's gigapixel image 'The Staged Band' showing 60 Austrian musicians is part of an initiative supporting the activities of Integrationshaus Wien which focuses on advice and education for the integration of migrants and asylum seekers. The initiative consists of a charity auction with concert in front of invited guests on 4 September at Bank Austria Salon in the Old Town Hall (Alte Rathaus) in Vienna and the sale of posters in various formats (in limited editions) of the probably already today legendary image which shows new talents and wellknown names such as Conchita from the Viennese music scene inclusively prominent actors-musicians like Erika Pluhar or Maria Bill at Café Anzengruber, one of the meeting points of the city's culture producers. Additionally, the image is used for the promotion of integration and togetherness.

Following musicians will perform at the concert under the title 'Kana is a Oarsch!' (could be translated as 'Nobody is a bastard' or 'Nobody is an asshole') on 4 September at Bank Austria Salon im Alten Rathaus: Der Nino aus Wien with band, Willi Resetarits (the musician is honorary chairman of Integrationshaus Wien), Boris Bukowski, Voodoo Jürgens, Schiffkowitz, Tini Kainrath, Alicia Edelweiss, Lukas Lauermann, Pompadur, A Life A Song A Cigarette, Mary Lamaro, Slavko Ninic, Mosa and Jasminka Sisic, Klaus Trabitsch

fig.: The gigapixel image 'The Staged Band' is an art project by Kamama OG and photo artist Lukas Maximilian Hüller (biography) who is inspired for his storytelling 'staged' images by artists like painter Hieronymus Bosch or filmmaker Peter Greenaway. By a closer look at 'The Staged Band', the gigapixel artwork appears like a movie made of synchronized scenes happening on one screen; musician and actress Maria Bill known from interpreting French chansons or for her role in the musical 'Cabaret' reads the publication 'Le Monde' with political headline, musician Voodoo Jürgens known for morbid sense of humor-lyrics holds a shovel,...
