Special training footballs by Austrian label Rasenreich seen at the palace garden of Fashion School Hetzendorf

Yesterday, Fashion.at visited 'Salon Jardin' at the palace garden of Fashion School Schloss Hetzendorf in Vienna. (The image above shows parts of the garden of the baroque palace where the school resides.) At the annual event, brands and crafts people present on three days garden related products. Among them the training footballs in heart (Corpus II) and oval (Corpus I) forms by Vienna-based brand 'Rasenreich'. Co-founder and -CEO Johannes Anderl (on view at the image right; worked before Rasenreich at Nike in US) explained the concept of the balls which are used by professional athletes as well as hobby players for enhancing reaction time and coordination. The positive effects are caused by the Corpus' flight routes which can't be calculated as easily as for round balls. Changing between Corpus and regular footballs belongs to the training routines which are presented at a manual online. At rasenreich.com, football clubs already using the balls for their training are listed.
