Seen at the press preview of 'Days of Open Ateliers' (19, 20 October) in Lower Austria: Landscape photography that pays homage to the region's culture and nature

On occasion of the 'Days of Open Ateliers' (Tage der Offenen Ateliers) on 19 and 20 October, more than 1,000 artists will be exhibited at more than 350 locations in the country's largest federal state Lower Austria. Fashion.at previewed the two days event via provided press material which shows several works that pay homage to the region's landscape. Alongside to paintings, especially photographs mediate an atmospheric impression of the gently hilly environment.

Eye-catching photographs are also provided by Monika Altenburger. Altenburger, who studied digital photography, image editing, speaks about her work as the realization of a dream to preserve via photography the beauty of home, of earth, and to sharpen people's consciousness for nature.
