15 August 2019 This year, MQ Vienna Fashion Week will be opened prominently with a speech by Austria's first female chancellor Dr. Brigitte Bierlein. At the opening show, two collections by Marcel Ostertag will be presented (article). Fashion.at looked through the recently released show schedule and found names like Edith Agay (photo) or Pitour - both finished their studies at the Fashion Master Class of the University of Applied Arts Vienna. The class is known for professors from the international fashion business like Karl Lagerfeld or Vivienne Westwood; some days ago, new professors were announced (article). fig.: Edith Agay is one of the most active Vienna-based alumni of the Fashion Master Class (Helmut Lang, Marc Bohan (Dior), Jean-Charles de Castelbajac) of the University of Applied Arts.
