The most beautiful women from all different parts of the world lived in this Harems. In the artists eyes they have the most luxurious dresses, which inspired later the Haute Couture in Europe, for example Paul Poiret's Harems trousers. Transparency is an important quality of textiles which will be found on this paintings as well in the Haute Couture still today. next>>>
