The 60ies and 70ies are the years of the "mental" democratisation. The industrial democratisation allowed mass production long before. The open minded 60ies promoted individuality in fashion.

1880 the German Textile Museum was established by the school of weaving in Krefeld. In the last years the museum enlarged it's archive with pieces from the first part of the 20th century. next>>>
