UNRATH & STRANO 2006 spring/summer collection at Milan Fashion Week

Klaus Unrath (Berlin) designed collections for British fashion icon Vivienne Westwood for five years. Since 2001 he has been teaching alongside Westwood at Berlin’s renowned University of the Arts. He founded the label in 1999 in London with his partner, Italian Ivan Strano, who had previously worked on a number of stages and at international theatres. Pink, Jamelia, Nadja Auermann, Franziska van Almsick, Jette Joop, Barbara Schöneberger and Muriel Baumeister love their glamorous fashion. This year Unrath & Strano have designed exclusive adventure jeans and T-shirt for MOTOROLA, which will be presented in Milan. The designer duo designed also a limited edition of the exclusive RAZR 3 mobile phone for MOTOROLA to accompany the new 2006 summer collection. The ultra-flat clamshell phone with snakeskin look will certainly be a “must have” accessory for fashion victims next season: it is just 13.9 millimetres thick and barely wider than a credit card!
