In January 2000 Manish Arora represented India at the Hong Kong Fashion Week. Besides fashion, he has worked at various art exhibits. He was part of a spectacular show on Kitsch, which was exhibited at the India Habitat Center, New Delhi in 2001 and 2004. His works shared a platform alongside creations by various world-renowned Indian artists. The same work was then exhibited by Manish at Selfridges, London during their India promotion in 2002. In 2001, Manish launched “Fish Fry” a prêt line keeping in view the upcoming market of ready - to – wear. This label has rapidly grown. |
