The ‘Peace deux pièce’ by Rianne de Witte was nominated for the Dutch Design Awards 2006 in October.

The peace set consisting of gloves allows to express the ‘peace-sign’ with two colored fingers. This design is disarming! The ‘peace’ gloves can also be combined with felt barets in various colors. The retro look of the barets reminiscent of freedom fighters of former days (30ies/40ies). Rianne de Witte is currently also displaying exceptional sculptural hats featuring two peace doves in the colors black and white.

The nominated design by Rianne de Witte 'Peace deux pièce' is described by the jury of the Dutch Design Award as "Commercial product, suited within a social context". The exhibition of the Dutch Design Awards starts at 21th till 29th of October at Eindhoven and goes afterwards around the world, for example: Seoul, Hong Kong, Frankfurt and New York. next>>>
