RAJO LAUREL at BALI FASHION WEEK

Philippine-based designer Rajo Laurel about the collection he has prepared for Bali Fashion Week:

“The collection is called Igorot. It is about a mountain province maiden who visits Bali, Indonesia for the first time and integrates her wardrobe of Northern Philippines tribal weaves into the Bali culture and lifestyle that inspired the designs.” next>>>

Rajo studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and later went to Central St. Martin’s in London.

Today, Rajo Laurel is one of the most demanded fashion designers in the Philippines. Rajo is the president of HOUSE OF LAUREL, which is specialized in designer ready-to-wear clothing for women, expecting mothers and children as well as accessories like bags, jewelry and shoes. He has also established LAUREL ET ROSS (creation and manufacturing of corporate uniforms).
