A port-bonheur pendant wishing well future to the world

On occasion of the Pitti Uomo in Florence in spring 2009, the Milan based jewellery and accessories designer Manuel Bozzi presented the Mambamondo amulet. It is a port-bonheur pendant wishing well future to the world. It is described to "infuse trust and sense of affiliation". Question: "Can the amulet be opened?"

Claudio Leoni (Head of Public Relations, Manuel Bozzi): "For the moment the MAMBAMONDO pendant can't be opened!.....may be in future!!!"

Question: "Mondo means world - what means Mamba?"

Claudio Leoni (Head of Public Relations, Manuel Bozzi): "About meanings....YES!! "MONDO" means WORLD.... MAMBA is a symbolic name: it comes from MAMBAM, the first creation, best seller and Manuel Bozzi's most important bracelet.

MAMBAM is jewellery but it means even something like "you are a part of MANUEL BOZZI's Clan"!
The name MAMBAM is the name of the first Manuel Bozzi's bracelet, the beginning of the incredible creative adventure!!! Every close friend or client of MANUEL BOZZI owns a Mambam (I have 2 Mambam at the moment).

So the name "MAMBAMONDO" is the perfect link between MAMBAM and MONDO....in this strange period it's something like a symbol dedicated to a better world from MANUEL BOZZI's creative view, made of positiveness!!!" manuelbozzi.it
