On 29 January 2010, the 100 pairs collection of handcrafted shoes 'Q by Pasquale' made of Murano glass premiered at a champagne reception in Los Angeles in front of media, celebrities, designers and stylists. Q by Pasquale is the label of master shoemaker Pasquale Fabrizio who had the idea for the Cinderella-like shoe made of handcrafted soles, embellishments of Murano glass and 24-carat gold beading. Pasquale worked five years on the couture collection of evening shoes before he went in front of the public.
