SPORTSWEAR WINNER: Allison Barr Vancouver, British Columbia Allison started her design work in the children's wear market for five years. She worked as a costume designer in film and now has her own label, Bharr, located in downtown Vancouver, B.C.

Gen Art proudly announces the winners of the third annual Gen Art/Nokia Styles international design competition which took place at the Hammerstein Ballroom on April 10th, hosted by renowned actress and international supermodel Eva Herzigova. Fashionistas and celebs alike turned out in support of the event where Bai Ling, Jane Seymour, Francesca Cezan, Izabella Miko, Tristine Skyler, Serita Chadoury and Nikki Taylor were spotted on the red carpet. Each winner was awarded $10,000 that was handed to them by the evening's host, by a panel of judges comprised of Victor Alfaro, Cynthia Rowley, Patricia Field, Josie Natori, Stuart Weitzman, Pamela Dennis, Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons, Harold Koda and Ed Burstell. Supermodel Nikki Taylor presented two Gen Art Design Vision Awards in the categories of Sportswear and Menswear on behalf of title sponsor, Nokia.
