MENSWEAR WINNER: Kamkyl by Douglas & Yvonne Mandel Westmount, Quebec Yvonne and Douglas Mandel founded kamkyl men's collections in 1999. Yvonne, a native of Scotland, currently lives in Montreal and formed "kamkyl kreativ," a creative service company. Douglas who has tailoring in his blood, completed an apprenticeship in tailoring at seventeen. Most recently Douglas Mandel held senior design positions with Hugo Boss and as a creative director for DKNY men's clothing.
