Optimistic at Snowtracks07

Snowtracks07 goes on tour through Austria with film, music, and visual art. On 23 November 2007 the tour starts with the premiere of "Optimistic" at the Planetarium in Vienna. The producers of the film and several snowboard stars will attend the evening. For the 2nd show snowtracks stops at the "homeland" of snowboarding in Austria, at Lech am Arlberg on 28 December. Absinthe Films explores in this snowboard film the effects of a changing planet because of global warming. These changes can be perceived as impossible challenges or creative opportunities. Follow fifteen individuals through their interpretation of this winter! Romain deMarchi, Nicolas Müller, Mark Frank Montoya and many other snowboard stars present their optimistic view on living in harmony with nature.
