Since 1999 the designers - who have worked before for Vivienne Westwood - present their own label UNRATH & STRANO.


Question: Which movie has to be seen because of its great costumes!

"We have spare time to visit movie theatres. The last movie we saw was on the occasion of the premiere of "SPEED RACER" - a colour-flash par excellence! Everything is so beautifully coloured in this film!"

Video: Trailer "Speed Racer" (released in May 2008); wirtten/directed by the Wachowski brothers; starring Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci, John Goodman, Susan Sarandon, Matthew Fox. The movie is nominated for the Golden Trailer and the MTV Movie Award.

The costumes are designed by Kym Barrett. She started her career with the costume design for "Romeo + Juliet" (1996). You can see her work in "The Matrix" (1999), "Gothika" (2003), "The Children of Huang Shi" (2008),... At this time she is working on "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" (2009).
