ROLF BENZ 2007

Rolf Benz 4500 In 1986 designer Mathias Hoffmann created the Rolf Benz 4500 sofa range. He was inspired by the works of Antonio Gaudi, the Spanish architect of the early 20th Century; Gaudi has created for example Parc Guell in Barcelona where you can find the famous long, snake-like stone bench. These organic forms never go out of fashion!

Rolf Benz pays specific homage to the sofa range in 2006 with a special edition with a special innovation: the fabric is made from the natural fibre bamboo (bamboo is a sustainable raw material,environmentally friendly, antibacterial and it breathes - and while growing these plants let us breath better air).
