Music/fashion: There is much fashion around US rapper Rye Rye

In the last weeks, two videos were released with her song 'New Thing'; one is a music video with fashion by Prabal Gurung, the other one is the new campaign video for the adidas women's FW2011/12 collection.

For the recently released music video 'New Thing', the 20 years old musician collaborated with the Singapore born, in New York living fashion designer Prabal Gurung, who studied at Parsons School of Design, worked for designers like Manish Arora, Donna Karan, and started his own line in 2009. In the meanwhile, he has received several prizes such as the 2010 CFDA Swarovski Womenswear Award and dressed women like Michelle Obama, Demi Moore, and Oprah Winfrey. In the video, Rye Rye wears pieces from Prabal Gurung's Resort 2012 collection.

The song is also used for the new adidas women's campaign video, which shows sportive FW2011/12 fashion on prominent models like pop singer Katy Perry, tennis player Caroline Wozniacki, Staatsballett Berlin ballerinas, blogger Sneakerqueen, DJ Baby G, Chinese superstar Li Bing Bing, athlete Wei Qiuyue..
