Vienna Fashion Week

From 14 to 18 September 2011, more than 50 Austrian and international designers (Hungary, Romania, Georgia...) will present their collections on the catwalk and in showrooms during the annual Vienna Fashion Week at the MQ - MuseumsQuartier. It's the third year that Vienna hosts a Fashion Week in late summer. The events and showrooms are open to the public; the program is published on mqviennafashionweek.com.

The show by Superated (designer Peter Holzinger studied at the University of Applied Arts Vienna) is scheduled for 15 September.

The video below gives an insight into the glamorous women's wear collection SS2012 by Marcel Ostertag (studied at Esmod in Munich and Berlin), which is on view after Berlin in July now on 17 September in Vienna.

The yellow, gold, copper, black pieces of the elegant collection are made of glamorous reflecting satin/leather materials, transparent tulle and 3-dimensional structured fabrics; decors like fringes apply a sexy boudoir-touch.
