The 3D horror thriller 'Silent Hill - Revelation' (release started in US, Canada, etc today on 26 October 2012) provides an inspiration for Halloween costumes in nurse style inclusively performance-dance alike behaviour. Costume designer of the movie is Wendy Partridge who is known for her work for 'Resident Evil: Retribution' (2012), 'Hellboy' (2004), 'Underworld' (2003) or 'Blade II' (2002).

The Silent Hill nurse's clothing is the sexy interpretation of female medical workers' dress. The white outfit consists of narrow tailored mini coat-dress with short sleeves and wide décolleté and on the head a white bonnet. The 'face' of the nurse has no ears, nose, mouth or eyes.
