Fashion collection 'Paradox' is inspired by architecture and rules
'Paradox' is the name of the collection by Rumanian in London living designer Ioana Ciolacu Miron who received the first prize at Peek & Cloppenburg's bi-annual 'Designer for Tomorrow' award in collaboration with the online shop Fashion ID and Stella McCartney (this year's head of the jury) on 3 July 2013 during Berlin Fashion Week.

The collection combines contradictions in materials and styles - the dress on the photo below, right for example evokes ideas of Rorschach fan goes sporty with body unveiling gym shirt together with a ruffle skirt that is already slipped on for the tea afterwards - wherever, let's name her 'Alice', goes, the mix dresses her well - in many life conditions. Ioana Ciolacu Miron's mix of styles from sportswear, day and evening wear fits urban citizens who are crossing borders and live paradoxes.
Designer Ioana Ciolacu Miron says about her inspiration for 'Paradox': "The city which inspired me: London. It has unique architecture and unique rules, and fashion is its second language."
Currently (fast checked by Fashionoffice on 4 July on fashion-week-berlin.com), Berlin Fashion Week published already videos from 2 July, the first day of the fashion week; videos from day two - 3rd July, should follow soon.
