Austria's Eurovision Song Contest representative Kaleen, dressed by Marina Hoermanseder and US-based designer Stefan Orlic, reached the final

The bets weren't good for Austria's Eurovision representative. But Kaleen, dressed in a dazzling Swarovski-crystal outfit designed by renowned Austrian designer Marina Hoermanseder and US-based designer Stefan Orlic, won over the audience with her performance of 'We Will Rave' and earned a ticket to today's final thanks to the votes of the public and the jury.

It will stay exciting - until the very end, actually - not only because Kaleen will perform last - the 26th place - at the Eurovision 2024 Grand Final, which will be broadcasted live on the channel 'ORF 1' of the Austrian national public broadcaster (details at https://tv.orf.at/stories/240511_esc100.html). The second semi-final on ORF 1 already attracted the attention of up to 712,000 ESC fans; the voting process consists of jury and viewer votes. (Austrians can't vote for their representative.) The bookmakers' betting rankings currently show a dominating favorite; according to the statistics on https://eurovisionworld.com/odds/eurovision, which is based on data from various bookmakers, Croatia and Israel have the best chances of winning the song contest (fast checked today in the afternoon). Well, Kaleen has already surprised the bookmakers once.

Today's lineup is published on https://eurovision.tv/story/eurovision-2024-final-running-order.

Kaleen's outfit at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö consists of two parts. First, a white faux leather coat with wide, genuine leather straps and rose gold buckles, designed by the Austrian designer Marina Hoermanseder. Under the coat she wears a silver metallic bodysuit, which is designed in three parts and together forms a unified ensemble. Transparent cuts on the arms, stomach and back of the costume create a visual effect that makes the costume appear like an extension of her body. The costume is made from four different materials and is decorated with a variety of Swarovski crystals. The costume and the matching metallic-colored boots took almost three weeks to make and were designed by US-based designer Stefan Orlic.
