The advantage of the meal is that a quantity of 6 portions can be prepared relatively quickly and energy-saving in about 20 minutes cooking time in one pot and tastes - like chili con carne or goulash - even better the next day. Fashion.at one pot recipe in time with pumpkin harvest season in Austria: Pumpkin puree with salmon The pumpkin season in Austria begins at the end of August with the start of the harvest of the vegetable, which is rich in beta-carotene (vitamin A), vitamin B, iron and potassium. Fashion.at used a hokkaido pumpkin for a puree after a self-created recipe which was developed from standard recipes for the popular Styrian Pumpkin Cream Soup. The puree was served with salmon. Adventure program Camp Yoshi for BIPOC communities collaborated with adidas TERREX campaign for the call for new outdoor projects with focus on community, sustainability, and adventure The new adidas TERREX competition 'United by Summits' started today with campaign images, videos and website where projects can be submitted in the three categories 'Community' for removing social, physical, or financial barriers, 'Sustainability' for the protection of the environment, and in the category 'Adventure' which addresses personal achievements. The competition is about individual achievements concerning outdoor activities in the disciplines hiking, biking, climbing, mountaineering, trail running and snow sports. Successful projects such as in the discipline hiking by the adventure program 'Camp Yoshi' for BIPOC (acronym for Black, Indigenous, People Of Color) communities are showcased on the website as examples to inspire the next 'United by Summits' winners...
3rd exhibition of the MAK '(Con)temporary Fashion Showcase'-series explores interdependencies between Europe and Africa with art and fashion by Jojo Gronostay (3 September − 4 December) Vienna-based artist and designer Jojo Gronostay (born 1988, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris) received last year the Fashion Prize of the City of Vienna and counts to the most requested artists-designers when it comes to the artistic visualization of the relations between Europe and Africa. Jojo Gronostay focuses in his work on colonialism, identity and its representation, economic cycles as well as political and economic interdependencies between the continents. Gronostay's works are collected by museums like the mumok Wien or the Museum der Moderne Salzburg.
