Bik Bok's beach greetings with store opening dates

For the announcement of the next store openings in Austria - especially the flagship store on 18 June, Oslo-based fashion label Bik Bok sent some images of the current 'Festival' campaign for outfit styles like bikini top combined with short skirt, tunica dress with tribal Indian pattern, or abstract animal print on a long sleeve top worn with shorts that were shot in a beach-like environment.

Bik Bok is currently probably the fastest growing store chain for affordable women's wear in Austria. In early March this year, the Norwegian retailer opened the first Austrian shop in Vienna; in the same month started also the online shop. Bik Bok is a young fashion label - in many aspects: it was founded 1973 and belongs to Varner Gruppen (several brands, since 1962), the chic urban designs (created at the headquarters in Oslo) can be described as 'uncomplicated for free spirits', and the third aspect which makes this brand in its appeal and behaviour on the market so young: it communicates strongly via the channels of social media and its players, especially bloggers who partly co-create new collections. In a post on Facebook, Bik Bok unveils the label's website traffic data: more than 700.000 unique users per week.

Currently, the label has more than 200 stores in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Austria - last mentioned is the newest market. Since March 2015, Bik Bok has opened already three shops in Austria (two in Vienna, one in Graz) and opens in the next days the first flagship store on more than 700 square meters on 18 June at Mariahilfer Strasse 76 in Vienna (invitation). For this autumn, five more openings are announced: Ried im Innkreis, Krems, Vienna, Wiener Neustadt and Klagenfurt.
