Fashion cooked up like avantgarde cuisine
From 28 to 30 August, Christian Berg will present the Fall/Winter 2015/16 collection at the first ever 'eat+lifestyle' fair in Frankfurt where chef de cuisine and cook book author Heiko Antoniewicz will introduce into modern cooking techniques under the motto 'Fashion-Food-Pairing'. (Recently, Antoniewicz' new cook book 'Fermentation' received for its outstanding quality the highest amount of stars by the Frankfurter Allgemeine.)
On occasion of the fair participation, Christian Berg retailer Peek & Cloppenburg (partner in stores and online on Fashion ID) released a CookLookBook after three menus: 'Summer Memories', 'Autumn Poem' and 'Winter Love'. Fashionoffice selected two pieces from 'Autumn Poem' which is inspired by a walk through the forest, leek plants (onions), mushrooms and red wine.
