12 August 2015 Vaude's mountain backpack and city shopper in one Currently, the Europeans measure this year's third heat wave with the highest temperatures on some locations since records began. This turns thinking of mountain climbing and walking through the city dressed up in a warm jacket and beanie far away from imagination. But autumn will come earlier as train tickets and hotels can be booked for favorable prices for September, October city tours in the mountains. Fashionoffice collected recently some items for a city/mountain travel with couture pieces and utensils dedicated to a 'spiritual tour'. Now here on this page, the practical shopper/backpack 'Counterpart' from the 'Colleagues' collection by the climate-neutrality committed German outdoor label Vaude is in the main focus. The retro design is inspired by classical styles and combines Vaude's 40 years mountain backpack knowledge for a city shopper and outdoor rucksack in one. The Counterpart is available in various color combinations (on this page in the tone grey), has the capacity of 25 litres and is partly made of recycled material. (Vaude is very active in climate-neutral production and has released recently its latest sustainability report concerning the economic, environmental and social performance of the company.)
