Prominent jury selected US designer M.Patmos as winner of the Women's Woolmark Prize 2015

Today in Beijing, a prominent jury with members like (fig.: right) Franca Sozzani (Vogue Italia, L'Uomo Vogue), designer and entrepreneur Victoria Beckham, Angelica Cheung (Vogue China) selected New York-based design label M.Patmos as winner of the Women's International Woolmark Prize 2015.

M.Patmos was founded by designer Marcia Patmos in 2011 and received in the same year the Ecco Domani Fashion Fund Award.
The Woolmark Prize 2015 collection can be described as artful in the approach to patterns and the combination of various wool fabrics and knits and has an urban nomads appeal. More images of the collection are posted by Woolmark on Facebook.

It's announced that the M.Patmos merino wool collection will be available worldwide at retailers like Harvey Nichols, Saks Fifth Avenue, Mytheresa.com from August 2015.
