Fashion.at style tip for skiing: Socks, backpacks, watches

Currently, the weather is described by forecasters as unusually mild with new temperature records since decades. But the cold days will come. Very probably that long winters will be in future only a memory of older people. Younger ones will learn to enjoy the seasons in another way; the consciousness for the preservation of earth has already influence on the behaviour concerning the consumption of products after the motto 'buying better quality and producing this way less waste', travel (reducing the CO2 footprint by calculating wisely the best transportation service or vehicle), or sports such as skiing are practiced rather for experiencing the nature of mountains than breaking a speed record.

Fashion.at collected some items for skiing and enjoying time in nature:

The 'SK4 Brick' socks by Falke on this page are designed especially for skiing - left, the socks for women, right for men. The color variations of the 'Brick' patterns are available for both gender.

The mountain backpacks from the 'Larice'-series by Vaude - left in the color tones bright green, green pepper, chute green; right in iron, anthracite, blue, marine- are especially designed for ski tours with room for special gear, like a separate compartment for an avalanche shovel, and can be equipped with optional OSRAM Light me Up-Kit for better visibility. The Larice 18 received the ISPO Award 2019.

The watches on this page - left, the model 'Leger 19-7', right, 'Rebel 19-16' - are from the new collection by AL-Time. The watch label was founded by Alex Wiederin (creative director) and Tino Valentinitsch (product designer) - both born in Austria and active in the international lifestyle business. The watches haven't an integrated digital platform for measuring speed or health. The concept is exclusively about making time.
