The e-Legend Concept is equipped with several extraordinary materials such as the car's grey with champagne notes colored body which reflects - depending on the light circumstances, its surrounding in chrome or appears in a polished bronze metal look. fig. below: Inside the e-Legend Concept, the designers set a counterpart to the digital materials of screens and information displays through the creation of a comfortable warm environment made of velvet and wood. The velvet with silky touch is mixed with a technical mesh and is woven especially for Peugeot. It's already used for the PEUGEOT 3008 or 5008. The Palado wood for the upper parts and doorways is provided by Hervet Manufacturier and originates from renewable forests. It was chosen as reminiscent of the rosewood or ebony furniture of the 60s. Additionally to the visual design, the designers incorporated a fragrance diffuser for the olfactory experience. Therefore, Peugeot collaborated with the Parisian perfume house Ex Nihilo where two perfumes especially for the e-Legend Concept were composed. At the upcoming Paris Motor Show (4 - 14 October), Peugeot will present the new autonomous, electric 'e-Legend Concept' which pays tribute to the brand's heritage of developing iconic cars and new technologies. For the e-Legend Concept, the designers were inspired by the Peugeot 504 Coupé from the high-times of the 1960s which were driven by the exploration of the future.
