Dorothy danced in ruby red slippers along her search route after the 'Wizard of Oz' into the Emerald City, Elton John wears golden Geox shoes designed by Patrick Cox in the show 'The Million Dollar Piano' at Caesars Palace in the glittering world of Las Vegas.

The golden shoes premiered on 28 September 2011 on the stage of Elton John's show 'The Million Dollar Piano' - named after the piano Elton John uses. The Geox shoes in classical men's style are exclusively designed by Patrick Cox for the British musician Elton John.
