Top 'Jewelry'-related Articles 2019

The statistics by Google Analytics delivered the first information for the editorial selection of the ten most requested 'jewelry'-related articles. (Details about the making of the rankings.)

On top of the 2019 'Jewelry'-listing is the article about the nomination of works by the jewelry artists Petra Zimmermann and Izabella Petrut for the Eligius-Award 2019, named after Saint Eligius, patron of goldsmiths and metalworkers. Petra Zimmermann's work such as the necklace with the Latin phrase 'vanitas vanitatum et omnia vanitas' and Izabella Petrut's series 'A Love Story' knotted from shoelaces and parts of rollerblades convinced the jury. The items were exhibited at MAK Vienna and at Kunst im Traklhaus Salzburg; currently, they're on view at Schmuckmuseum Pforzheim (Germany).
